Transactions submitted onchain can either succeed or revert. Superbridge uses a combination of RPC nodes and 3rd party providers to pre-emptively determine whether a transaction submitted onchain will succeed.
In most cases, Superbridge is able to determine ahead of time that a transaction may not be valid. A few examples of this include,
Insufficient funds, your wallet does not have enough of the token you are trying to bridge
Insufficient ETH/BNB/XXX for gas, your wallet does not have enough of the native gas token for this network to submit transactions
In some cases, a This bridge is likely to fail warning will be shown. This happens when we can't determine why a transaction will fail but are sure that it will revert when submitted onchain.
In these cases we'd recommend you double check your wallet has enough ETH (or whatever the native gas token is on the chain you're bridging from) to submit transactions.
If your wallet holds only a very small amount of ETH (or the native gas token), we'd recommend topping up before trying to submit this transaction.
If your wallet definitely has enough ETH (or the native gas token), feel free to reach out to our support team so we can debug this further.
