IMPORTANT!
Make sure that your wallet can support Soneium or custom networks BEFORE you bridge.
If your wallet does not support Soneium or custom networks then you will not be able to make and transactions on Soneium or bridge back to Ethereum.
For all other issues not related to bridging please refer to the official website https://soneium.org or the Soneium docs https://docs.soneium.org
I bridged to Soneium but can't see my tokens in my wallet
In order to be able to connect to Soneium and see your tokens or make transactions, you will need to use a wallet that supports Soneium or custom networks. Most people use MetaMask for this (more wallets with custom networks support listed below)
When you add a custom network here are the details to use:
Name: Soneium
Chain ID: 1868
Currency Symbol: ETH
Explorer: https://soneium.blockscout.com/
Wallets with Custom Network Support
Metamask
Coinbase Wallet (Recovery phrase wallets only)
Trust Wallet (only Android, or browser extension)
Rainbow Wallet (Browser extension).
DO NOT use these wallets
Binance Web3 wallet
Coinbase Smart Wallet
Best Wallet
ByBit (cloud wallet)
And more. It is up to you to check that your wallet supports custom networks BEFORE you bridge.
My wallet doesn't support custom networks
You can try importing your seed phrase or private key into a wallet that does support custom networks such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet (only Android, or browser extension) or Rainbow Wallet (Browser extension).
For all non-bridge related enquires
For all non-bridge related enquires please refer to the official website for more information about that (https://soneium.org) or the official docs (https://docs.soneium.org).
IMPORTANT: Beware of scammers and never share your private key or recovery phrase with anybody, no matter how official or helpful they seem. Do not send your tokens to an address you don't know or trust.
