Quick answers to the questions we're asked most.
Can I cancel a transfer?
No. Once your first transaction confirms, a transfer can't be cancelled. Neither Superbridge nor the provider can reverse it. Complete any remaining steps in Activity. You can't cancel a withdrawal
Can I speed up a transfer?
No. The time depends on the route and the chains involved. If speed matters, compare routes before you start: the route list shows how long each takes. Choosing a route
Is Superbridge safe?
Superbridge doesn't hold your funds. Your wallet sends tokens straight to the bridge or provider you choose, and you approve every transaction yourself. Each route carries the risks of the bridge or provider behind it. Scams and security
Which route should I choose?
It depends on what matters most to you. Native bridges have no provider fee but withdrawals take days. Third-party bridges take seconds or minutes, and charge a fee. Choosing a route
Does Superbridge charge fees?
No. You pay network fees and any fee the route's provider charges, all shown before you confirm. Fees
Where are my funds?
Open Activity to see every transfer from your connected wallet and what step it's at. If it shows Action needed, you need to finish it. Track your transfers
Which chains are supported?
Superbridge supports many EVM chains, plus Solana on some routes. The chain selector shows every chain available to you.
Can I use testnets?
Yes. Open Settings and turn on Enable testnets. Testnet tokens have no value.
Can I use Superbridge in my language?
