Track your transfers

beginner2 min read

Every transfer you make appears in Activity, at the top of Superbridge. Use it to check progress, finish steps such as Prove or Finalize, and find transaction links.

Open Activity

Select Activity. It lists transfers for the wallet you have connected. If you've used more than one wallet, connect the one that started the transfer.

The Activity button also shows how many transfers are in progress. It says Action needed when one is waiting for you.

To narrow the list, use the filters at the top:

  • From and To: show transfers from or to one chain.
  • Status: choose All status, Pending or Done.

Statuses

Action needed

Some routes need you to send another transaction to finish, such as native bridge withdrawals and some USDC transfers. When a step is ready, the transfer shows a Prove or Finalize button.

  1. Select the button. The transfer's details open.
  2. On the Complete steps tab, select the button on the step that's ready.
  3. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

These steps are usually on the destination chain, so you'll need gas there. Gas on the destination chain

Come back later

You don't need to keep Superbridge open while a transfer is on its way. Close it and come back to Activity any time.

Superbridge doesn't send emails or notifications. If your transfer has steps to finish later, make a note to come back.

Transfer details and explorer links

Select any transfer to see its details. Info shows the amounts, chains, sender and recipient. Steps lists every transaction and wait, with how long each took.

Each transaction has a link, such as View on Etherscan, to see it on a block explorer. For some routes there's also a link to the provider's own explorer. These links are useful if you contact support.

If a transfer is taking longer than usual, you'll see "This is taking longer than usual." My transfer is taking longer than expected
