No routes found

beginner2 min read

Superbridge shows a route only when a bridge or provider can handle your exact transfer. When none can, the route list shows a message. Most can be fixed by changing the amount, a setting or the recipient.

Amount too large

No routes found with "Try an amount smaller than…" or "Try a smaller amount".

No provider has enough liquidity or capacity for this amount right now. Lower the amount, or split the transfer into smaller ones.

Amount too small

No routes found with "Try an amount larger than…" or "Try a larger amount".

The amount is below the minimum providers accept, often because fees would use up most of it. Increase the amount.

Route paused

Route paused: "This route is temporarily paused, please try again later".

The bridge or provider has paused this route, often for maintenance or an upgrade. Try again later, or choose a different token or chain.

Route disabled

Route disabled: "This route is currently disabled".

This route isn't available right now. Choose a different token or chain.

Slippage too high

Slippage too high: "Slippage is …%, maximum is …%".

Your Max slippage setting is above the limit a provider allows. Select the message to open Settings, then lower Max slippage. Slippage

Price impact too high

Price impact too high: "Price impact is …%, maximum is …%".

Your swap is large compared with the available liquidity, so you'd get a much worse price. Try a smaller amount. Price impact

Unsupported wallet or recipient

Some routes can't deliver to certain kinds of wallet:

  • Coinbase Smart Wallets not supported on… and Universal Profiles not supported on…: "Please provide a different recipient address". This wallet type doesn't work on the destination chain. Select the message to add a different recipient address.
  • Smart contract recipient not supported: "This token cannot be sent to a smart contract wallet". Send to a regular wallet address instead.
  • Matching recipient address required: some chains only allow bridging to the same address you send from. Select the message and set the recipient to your own address.

Send to another address

Escape hatch not supported

Escape hatch not supported, with a message such as "Try disabling it to see available routes".

The escape hatch only works on some chains and routes, and not with smart contract wallets. Select the message to open Settings and turn off Escape hatch. Escape hatch

Unable to load routes

Unable to pull routes.

Superbridge couldn't fetch quotes. Check your connection and refresh the page. If it keeps happening, it may be a temporary problem on our side.
