Your tokens are almost always there. Wallets only show balances for the network you've selected and the tokens they know about. Work through these checks in order.
Check the transfer is complete
Select Activity and find your transfer.
- Complete means the tokens were delivered. Carry on with the checks below.
- Action needed means you have a step to finish, such as Finalize. The tokens won't arrive until you do.
- In progress, or a waiting label, means the transfer is still on its way. My transfer is taking longer than expected
- Refunded means the tokens went back to your wallet on the chain you sent from. Refunds
- Failed means the transfer didn't go through. My transaction failed
Check the block explorer
Open the transfer in Activity and select the address next to Recipient. It opens that address on the destination chain's block explorer, which shows the tokens that arrived.
The View on link usually opens the provider's own tracker instead, such as LayerZero Scan or the Hyperlane explorer. It's useful for the transfer's status, but the recipient's block explorer page is the quickest way to see what arrived.
Check the recipient address too. If you sent to a different address, the tokens are in that wallet, not yours. Send to another address
Switch your wallet to the right network
Wallets show balances one network at a time. Switch your wallet to the destination chain.
If your wallet doesn't list that chain, add it first. Add a network to your wallet
Add the token to your wallet
Wallets don't show every token automatically. If the explorer shows the tokens arrived but your wallet doesn't, add the token by its contract address.
To find the address, open Select a token in Superbridge, then open the token's details. The details show its Address and a View on Explorer link. Copy the address into your wallet's import or custom token option.
